TERMS OF SERVICE

This Terms of Service and Use Agreement ("Agreement") is between Holy Hydrogen and Molecular Hydrogen Technologies (hereafter "Holy Hydrogen") and the customer (hereafter "Customer"). By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

Products: The Lourdes Hydrofix molecular hydrogen generator and any related accessories or consumables provided by Holy Hydrogen.

Subscription: Recurring services purchased from Holy Hydrogen, including auto-shipment plans or maintenance services.

Billing Cycle: The period between billing events for subscription services, chosen by the Customer at sign-up (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Payment Method: The payment method provided by the Customer at account creation or as later updated.

2. LIMITED PRODUCT LICENSE

Holy Hydrogen grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its Products solely for personal health and wellness purposes. Customer agrees not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Holy Hydrogen Products without express written consent.

3. PRODUCT USE

Each Lourdes Hydrofix is individually inspected, tested, and certified by our team before it is shipped. Holy Hydrogen makes every reasonable effort to ensure our Products meet stringent quality and safety standards. The Products are intended for personal wellness use; Customer acknowledges responsibility for proper use and accepts inherent risks associated with any wellness device.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Customer acknowledges that Holy Hydrogen's Products, including their technology, designs, and branding, are the proprietary intellectual property of Holy Hydrogen and are protected under applicable laws. All rights remain exclusively with Holy Hydrogen.

5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

If Customer enrolls in a subscription, Customer authorizes Holy Hydrogen to charge the Payment Method at the start of each Billing Cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by contacting customer support before the next renewal date.

6. PAYMENT, REFUNDS & RETURNS

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, available at holyhydrogen.com/policies/refund-policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items returned in original, unused condition, subject to the terms of that policy. Order cancellation fees, outbound shipping costs, and certain other fees may be non-refundable as described in the Refund & Return Policy.

7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Holy Hydrogen may offer optional services such as auto-shipment of consumables. Customers enrolled in these services agree to maintain current payment details to ensure uninterrupted service.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Customer agrees not to misuse or disclose any proprietary information about Holy Hydrogen's operations, designs, or intellectual property that may come into Customer's possession during or after the term of this Agreement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Holy Hydrogen's liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount Customer has paid for Products and Services. Holy Hydrogen shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Holy Hydrogen, its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from Customer's use or misuse of the Products.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Holy Hydrogen is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor issues, governmental actions, or other Force Majeure events.

12. SURVIVORSHIP

Obligations regarding confidentiality, intellectual property rights, indemnification, and limitation of liability survive termination of this Agreement.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

14. TERMINATION

Holy Hydrogen reserves the right to terminate access to its services at its discretion. Subscribers may cancel subscriptions by contacting customer support at least one business day before the next renewal date.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. The revision date is shown below.
