SHIPPING POLICY

Every Lourdes Hydrofix ships from our US warehouse. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Signature confirmation is required at delivery to protect your shipment.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our US warehouse. Pre-orders are shipped within the estimated schedule provided at the time of order.

CARRIERS & SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on destination and service level. Available carriers and shipping cost estimates appear at checkout once your shipping address is entered. You can select your preferred option at checkout.

US DOMESTIC

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days for delivery. Shipments to P.O. Boxes may require additional processing time at the destination facility. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally to most countries. International customers should be aware of the following:

  • Local delivery reliability varies by destination. If you have concerns about postal services in your country, we encourage you to use a third-party shipping or forwarding service.
  • Once a package leaves the US and is released to the destination country's customs office or local carrier, we are no longer able to contact those offices on your behalf. Customs processing can cause delays we cannot predict or control.
  • Neither Holy Hydrogen nor the carrier can be responsible for delays caused by the customs office of the destination country.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

The recipient is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country. Customs policies vary by country, and your order may be subject to local restrictions. We encourage you to check with your local customs office before placing an order if you have any concerns.

Customs declaration forms are completed by Holy Hydrogen, and the Lourdes Hydrofix is declared as "Water Filtration System" with the proper tariff code. We are required by law to disclose the actual purchase price on customs forms. We cannot mark packages as "gift" or reduce the declared value.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Customs processing times are determined entirely by customs officials in the destination country. We are not authorized to assist with customs clearance on the recipient's behalf. If customs officials request additional information or documents from us as the shipper, please contact us right away.

Some countries require the importer to provide a tax ID or other identification before customs will release a shipment. Countries that commonly require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

CUSTOMS FEES

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

From time to time, certain products may sell out due to high demand. If you need a product in a hurry, we recommend placing your order while stock is available. When known, estimated restocking dates are listed on the product page.
